Stubbs the Zombie

Has anyone heard of this game? (Looks at Hollywood, Brammer.)

I heard about the soundtrack from an Atomic Records email. In consists of all of your favorite indie heartthrob bands doing covers of 50's songs (Death Cab performs Earth Angel, for example).

It looks like you play as a zombie. Bogus. Nothing would make me happier than another medium to blast zombies in their stupid, rotten brains. Regardless, I would probably play it.

Yeah, I read about this one a while ago - sounds like it's supposed to be deece minus. But it does feature zombies...

Somebody was developing a game a while ago which was like GTA in a zombie infected city. You could put armor on your cars and build safe houses and all kinds of great stuff, but it got killed :(.

I hate zombies.

Indeed I have both heard of it and seen it in action. The game works off of the HALO engine so it looks pretty and runs smoothly, but the gameplay is, as Dave hinted at, subpar. There's not much depth, longevity, or any of that to it. According to my work partner who bought it, "It would have been a great 20 or 25 dollar budget game, but it's not worth 50 at all."
